Hello, I’m Rick Guy and my wife Connie and I own Pet Waste Scooper Service. We got our kids a Golden Retriever puppy for Christmas in 1998. We discovered pretty quickly that when you feed her she goes out in the backyard and poops. My wife said “you know, somebody is gonna have to do something about that backyard”. Well, since I’ve always wanted to be somebody I got elected. After a couple of weeks it occurred to me, “ this is not a lot of fun, but I bet I’m not the only one who doesn’t enjoy doing it. Let’s see if we can make a business out of this deal.” In March of 1999 we opened our doors for business. We have become the number one scooper service in the Greater Oklahoma City Area by focusing on customer service and taking pride in our work.
What we do is come to your house each week and clean up all the dog poop in the back yard. You get a nice clean yard every week. The first time we come we’ll thoroughly clean your yard and collect for the month in advance and any initial clean-up charge that may be due. After that first time we will we mail you an invoice each month along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. All you have to do is write a check once a month and drop it in the mail so that it gets back to us by the due date. We’ll take care of everything else for you.
If you have a lock on your gate we need to get a key or combination from you so we don’t bother you when we clean your yard. If we are unable to service your yard because of a locked gate we will return on your next regular service day.
The weather does not have an effect on whether or not we service your yard unless snow covers the ground. If snow prevents us from servicing your yard your monthly rate remains the same since there will be twice the waste to clean on the next scheduled visit.
